The location of the hotel is great, as is the art in the corridors and the level of cleanliness. The only downside was that the television remote control was incredibly dirty, but this was an outlier: everything else was very clean and tidy. The shower was hot and powerful. The bed was comfortable. There is a free water dispenser in reception, which is useful, also a (paid) coffee machine and snack fridge.

Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription areaā€¦.. price reflects what you get.

"Booked daughter's bday for lovely experience but was a joke! Premier inns and caravan holidays better food and service. Food was shocking!! If you stay in hotel eat else where!
