As I was traveling alone I was a little concerned about my room being at the end of the hall next to a stairwell. The front desk attendant sensed my apprehension and assigned me another room that had a more comfortable location for me. In the second room, my refrigerator wasn't working and the freezer was all iced up. Maintenance was there in minutes and determined I needed a replacement. All staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The Hotel was new, so everything looked clean and fresh. The bar staff were fun to converse with. The cocktails were well made. The wine list was small and could use some work. Even the Valet was personable. Staff allowed us to meet with friends in the lobby area and socialize while sipping some wine. We had a good stay.

I transferred to this Hotel after having a terrible experience at a nearby hotel. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The only issue I had was that I reserved a Room with a King Size Bed and was given a Room with 2 Queen Beds. Since I was on a Business Trip for only 2 Days, I was fine with it.

Chris at the front desk went above and beyond! Very clean room. Breakfast- not great compared to other continental breakfasts- about half the choices.

We had a very brief stay (as planned) but were happy with all facets: friendly and helpful staff, good airport shuttle, clean room good air conditioning and comfortable bed.

Beautiful rooms, restaurant, and bar. An absolutely gorgeous building and public spaces for guests. Friendly and helpful staff made luxury easy, and accessible to even the most simplest of travelers on a brilliant and welcoming level.

Loved how close to downtown it was. Very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and felt safe doing so. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Room was very nice and comfortable. Continental breakfast was one of the best we have eaten! The valet parking was very good!

The room was clean and comfortable. It had the vibes of staying with your wealthy estranged uncle. I say that with utmost respect and as a compliment. The interior design is unique and very luxuriously cozy. My husband needed a bandaid, he called the desk to ask if they had any and they did and they offered to bring a single bandaid up to our room on the 11th floor at 10pm at night. 11/10 hospitality. I liked the pedestrian access to the bridge from the parking lot (using our room key). The room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed over night for Reds Home Opener. Great hotel, wonderful service. Location is ideal.

Amazing hotel

We were flying out the next morning, so the location close to the airport with a free shuttle was perfect for us. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful and friendly, which was a great start to an early morning. Much easier than dealing with traffic and parking. Plus, the motel was just remodeled and it was a great place to stay. We always stay here when we fly out from Cincinatti.

The location of the property was excellent! The staff was wonderful the room was immaculate! Check-in process was so easy and the gentleman that checked me and let me know everything that was going on around town the best dining, where to park etc. Would love the room the bed was so comfortable! They do offer a free continental breakfast.
