"The place was spotless and had little touches to help make the stay comfortable. We had a minor issue with one of the apartments, but customer service was quick to deal with it and we really appreciated that. Overall a nice stay with great location, car parking is quite limited though."

Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...

Easy free parking and placed conveniently near The George pub and a regular bus service to the city centre. The ground floor flat is clean and spacious with all the equipment needed for a reasonable and comfortable stay. My only gripe would be - let’s have some quality pillows! "

"Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. Nice little touches, Nespresso machine with capsules, L'occitaine toiletries, smart tv with Netflix etc included. Good communication before we arrived. Wasn't...

"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
