Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort & Convention Center

"It's a solid four star but a long way from a five star. Very comfortable bed, but old AC unit took hours to cool the room and had to use ceiling fan for half the night on very high speed. While very clean, it's worn in places, paint peeling, dated / worn fittings etc. Food was good, had buffet at evening. If you want a cheaper option than the five stars on ECR, it's good and seems suitable for children, with very shallow pool (I prefer deeper as I like to swim properly). and other games areas. It's a bit noisy as right next to very busy junction. But staff were very helpful and pool staff very friendly. It's not like in the photos, that is for sure!! Much more dated."

"The hotel is located inside Mahindra world city a planned and well maintained locality in Chennai. Ample amenities are available in the club. Food in the restaurant is quite good and cater to diverse tastes. Staff is quite friendly and the rooms are well maintained. Good option for individuals checking in for business and family alike."

"Mostly fine except for some small glitches.. like check in took some time but they did offer is complimentary coffee as a good will gesture.. After checking out, as our Uber took time to arrive, our requests for a glass of water were not entertained. But overall, a pleasant stay.."

"The room and stay was excellent. Only thing was that we stayed in the Family room No.220 and the TV, phone and the Kettle did not work initially. Then they made the TV and the kettle to work but the phone was out of order and hence calling the reception became a problem. Other than this one thing, everything else was fabulous. We were taken very good care. Will visit this resort again for sure."
