"We’ve just returned from the most amazing week, and we honestly don’t know where to begin! From the moment we arrived, Diago was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and the best beaches to visit. (Tip: most restaurants get busy in the evenings, so it’s a good idea to book ahead — as Diago suggested!) He also advised us to avoid the restaurant at the bottom of the hill, which turned out to be excellent advice.Diago speaks fluent English, making communication easy, and his lovely mother, though she doesn't speak English, greeted us with such warmth and openness that we felt like we were meeting old friends. Their presence was never intrusive, even though the villa is semi-detached and they’re sometimes on-site.The villa itself has a charming rustic feel but comes with all the modern conveniences you could want. The pool is fantastic and offers breathtaking views. There’s also a lower patio area with stunning scenery, a great BBQ space, and plenty of seating — perfect for relaxing meals outdoors.We can’t recommend this villa highly enough if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with a fantastic host. We’ll definitely be booking again!"

"We were a couple looking for a quiet and relaxing stay near a beach. The house was clean and spacious and enjoys private access to a wonderful beach. Our only reservation about the property which enjoyed excellent air conditioning was the size of the kitchen and the shortage of comfortable chairs to sit in the evening. It can accommodate up to 8 people but there really isn’t comfortable seating for more than 3 adults. Margarita the host was very welcoming. The house offered very good value for money."

"Where to start.. The Conrad cancelled our booking with 36 hours notice with no explanation or compensation. Disgraceful customer service The Conrad then offered us a room at their sister hotel (Bai di Chia) but at a rate that was £1000 more expensive than i could secure myself directly.... A move that further added insult. - All very stressful... Flights had been booked independently so we had no option but to persist and fly to Sardinia as originally planned.. We elected to stay at the Baia di Chia begrudgingly. Upon arrival we could not check in until gone 5pm as rooms were not ready. The room we were given was small and in need of refurbishment. Bathroom facilities were very dated and the installation of the shower door problematic The shower flooded both the bathroom and bedroom within 2 minutes of use - This took me an eternity to clean up and make safe after the fact. We were then moved to another room. "

"Stefano meets you at his villa and when you leave. He is very helpful and is the contact if you have any problems and provides very helpful local information. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The outdoor area has the most amazing view and the pool is wonderful. Outside area has dining table, coffee table with seating plus sofa and loungers. Table tennis and beach equipment there for your use. Parking available next to villa and is quiet as it is at end of the road. Glorious beaches within 5-10 min drive and others not much further. Small charge for parking at most beaches. Note - Sundays are busy on beaches! Shops and restaurants a short drive away. Full air conditioning. Note steps externally to villa and tight indoor spiral staircase may be an issue for some. Sleeps 7 but may be a bit busy if everyone wanted to be at the same place at the same time. We were a couple staying and it was perfect."

"Villa Floridiana was amazing everything you need and more. The location was perfect short walks to wonderful beaches. Close to hotel where you can get ice cream and pizza.Hosts were fantastic and accommodating can’t wait to go back."
