"Excellent room that was cleaned daily by extremely friendly staff. Location perfect for many a night sampling the local cuisine, and transport to Poetto Beach made easy. "We booked from 17 th July to 27th .Many comments here did not do the hotel justice. They criticised the hotel for being outdated whilst this is the theme of the hotel(70’s), it reminds you of beautiful memories. The location is great, you have underground free parking, most hotels in Europe now charge you a daily rate of €14 euros per night. The staff are amazing, from the reception , great lady who did our room, the staff at breakfast, always have a smile, the breakfast is great especially the coffee. Always 2 cappuccinos first then 2 espresso’s. The restaurant is also great. Great holiday, if I do come back to Sardinia, I will book at this hotel without hesitation. Grazie mille. Tarik"

"From the receptionist to the maître D in the breakfast area, to the servers in lounge, to the cleaning staff…everyone was friendly, helpful and warm. It was an excellent experience. Thank you to the staff of the Thotel in Cagliari Sardegna. The place was modern and beautiful. We had a wonderful time. "

"Very friendly, welcoming staff. Lobby was spacious with lots of seating for guests while waiting for cocktails from the bar or while waiting to be seated to eat a meal in the on-site restaurant. The amenities were ample and easily accessible to the guests. The property was close to the airport, but in a noisy, dirty, unsafe industrial area. It was not conducive for walking into town or anywhere else. Perhaps a free or very affordable hotel shuttle service for hotel guests to and from the airport would help? 😎"

"We stayed for 4 nights. Everyone was very friendly at the hotel, it was clean and comfortable. Lovely location with picturesque views over the ocean. Suggestions: the rooms don’t have coffee facilities, so we bought a travel kettle and our own coffee etc. "

"There is no faulting the staff from housekeeping to management. Should a problem arise it is dealt with fairly & promptly & the English of the receptionist Rina(?) & manager is impeccable. The restaurant staff are very attentive. Surroundings are beautiful. Pool area is spotless & pool beautifully inviting just like the promotional photos & lifeguards on hand. No problem with getting parasols & sunbeds both pool & beach. Would have been nice to have had somewhere with snacks during the day as you are limited to using the restaurants on site during fixed hours if you have no car & the food is pricey but not as good as expected. Breakfast buffet is, however, plentiful & with lot of choice & best peaches & nectarines ever tasted ! "
