Hotel Loy's location is very convenient, and everything is within walking distance. The hotel is also in a quiet street, making it quiet and peaceful. The staff are amazing! Very friendly and looked after us really well. We highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Chang Mai.

Very luckily that we safely checked in after its temporary closure due to severe flood. Very warm staff including reception, bar and restaurant… their team members at the reception are proficient in English and Mandarin. I would never forget the “come-back drinks” offered by one of their members wearing mini windmill headband! By the way, don’t miss their breakfast and many choices are available!
