"What a beautiful hotel! The staff was so kind & friendly. My husband & I bought eSIM cards that didn’t work so we didn’t have cell phone service. Umi & Nina were wonderful & called for most of our taxis (aside from the ones when we were already out). On one of the tours we booked we had a miscommunication about the pickup area & Nina helped call our guide & translate-she saved the day! It was a warm, inviting, intimate stay & we are so thankful! Highly recommend. "

"This was such a fabulous and chic hotel in the center of it all. From the decor and aesthetics, to the amenities such as the pool and breakfast options, to the local sites immediately surround the hotel, everything was perfect for us. Check in was such a smooth process and they provided us with multiple suggestions for things to do. The incredibly high ceilings of our room were amazing.
