Bed bugs and mosquitoes are available anytime without a request. Wife slept with 2 plastic bags covered her feet due to bed bugs. Mosquitoes’ bites are everywhere on my body and my wife.

Tolles Hotel in Chiang Rai

Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber hervorragenden Aufenthalt im Hotel Mantrini Chiang Rai. Große und saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet! Man ist in weniger als 10 Fahrminuten im Zentrum der Stadt. Sehr gute Lage! Würde hier immer wieder übernachten!

プライべート感のあるリラックスできるホテル

ナイトマーケットから離れていて不便ですが、隣はセントラルデパートで便利。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで素晴らしいです。 チェンライでは良く宿泊しています。 快適に過ごせる造りのホテルでバルコニーのある中庭がプール。プライベート感があってとてもいい。現在はリノベーション中でした。完成したらまた宿泊したい。

两日家庭11人旅行（5个房间两天住宿，非一楼泳池，侧面二楼高级双床/大床房住宿）

满意的地方：1.酒店区位比较好，附近有一个商场马路对面是仓储式大型超市，购物和用餐都非常方便。2.酒店的早餐丰富，海鲜鱼粥非常好吃，算是一个特色。3.酒店的电视机包含HDMI接口，可以操作使用switch（虽然酒店人员对我的回复中表示没有这个系统）。4.酒店不大但是房间非常宽敞，满足了我提出的入住要求。 需要改进的方面：1.酒店原先向我回复的：车站到酒店就5分钟路程实际不是步行距离，而是车载距离，步行需要30分钟左右，距离车站比较远。2.虽然酒店位置还可以，但是不是在繁华市区，周围除了上述提到的商业建筑外，几乎算是一个省道附近，出行如果不是酒店安排叫车或者包车，几乎无法拦到车。3.酒店热水在夜晚供应情况不太理想，比较冷。4.浴室的设计，浴缸中若想泡澡水温难以满足。 整体感受：酒店不大，但是非常干净，非常安静，价格适中，周围的商业区能满足短途旅行需要。但是不适合以度假村的标准来衡量。

Chiang Rai getaway

Nice hotel, far away from the tourist attractions, but next to the Central Mall and Big C. Only warm water in the morning and evening. If we wanted a hot shower or bath, had to get it in the afternoon. Ok breakfast, mostly Thai and Chinese.

Gute Lage, aber renovierungsbedürftig

Wir waren vor 7 Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel. Damals waren wir völlig begeistert von einem charmanten Boutique-Hotel in sehr zentraler guter Lage nahe dem Einkaufszentrum. Die Lage ist immer noch sehr gut. Der Zustand des Hotels nicht. Die Sauberkeit läßt mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Die Einrichtung ist in einem schlechten Zustand. In all den Jahren ist hier offensichtlich kein Geld in Reinigung und Instandhaltung investiert worden. Wir waren enttäuscht und traurig, dass das schicke Boutique-Hotel ein Schatten seiner selbst ist. Nach einer Komplett-Renovierung würden wir es aber gerne nochmal mit diesem Hotel versuchen.
