"The place was clean and the common bathrooms weee always refreshed. The staff is not there and everything is automatic, and there are not common areas. The surrounding areas are quiet, despite very close to city centre, and you have plenty of restaurants and shops. "

"Stayed for 3 nights for a local conference (CNR). I have limited Italian, but the staff were wonderful; very helpful and kind. breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced, and the room was clean and functional, and CNR was easily walkable (about 15 minutes gentle walk). There was a local supermarket within walking distance, as well as local restaurants. Very happy with my stay."

"La verdad el lugar estaba bien, la seguridad no tanto, eran puertas de madera muy vieja con un cerrojo, sumando de que se compartía baño y la gente no es que sea muy considerada con los demás, ya que no tiraban de la cadena y demás( todos problemas de convivencia) por otra parte ninguno de los propietarios estaba en la casa o en el hostal, se notaba mucha dejadez con la limpieza y no estaba todo limpio. Para solo dormir esta bien."

"The pictures are deceiving the Inn is inside a big building. There is no parking space in this area at night and during the day you have to pay for street parking. Once you are inside the Inn is really homey. I enjoyed the bedding. Only complaint would be that I couldn't control the temperature in the room. I was hot in the morning and I couldn't open the window."

Not very good communication from host - was waiting outside the building for them to send self check in details. Not what you want affer travelling. "There is only street parking and you may have to pay if you don’t luck out and find free parking. You walk with your luggage to the apartment, we struggled to find the front door. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The room is small, but very comfortable and clean. "

"We stayed for 5 nights in 4 rooms on the top floor of the Palazzo and had a wonderful time. Marzia and Bianca are the best hosts! They were so helpful in planning our trip, giving us great recommendations, making dinner reservations (some pre planned and some at the last minute), and helping us with our travel within Italy. They were a great resource, so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The historic Palazzo is in a great location, was comfortable and well maintained, and was cleaned every day....

Check-in was very easy, communication and passports done virtual, location was easy to find, the host provided private parking outside the town walls, the one shower for 3 couples was a little tough and the beds were a bit hard, but the location and common space were wonderful. We stayed up late playing cards in the common area."

"We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). Thankfully I read a review about the mosquitoes so we came well...

"The house is very spacious Just like the garden. We had to share the pool which we didn't know but that turbed out okay. The cutlery and crockery weren 't very clean maybe because the dishwasher didn't work properly. The host / property manager on the other hand was great and helpen us a lot with everything. We had a wonderfull week!"

"Wonderful stay in this beautiful Tuscan hilltop medieval town. We stayed in the upper floor apartment, although had the whole house to ourselves. This was ideal for us as we had access to the terrace for our two dogs. Leandro was so hepful, both before our arrival and during our stay. He even helped to find us a local vet who spoke English. We would wholly recommend staying here and Chianni was so pretty. Everyone we met was so friendly and very dog friendly. Everything you could want within...
