"Great location for the tower , the room was clean and well presented and the air con was really efficient given it was the attic room. Shower was powerful for a top floor room however the shower head needs some attention. Overall a great stay x"

"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

"We had a fantastic few days - the staff were lovely and the rooms etc were really clean. We booked breakfast prior to our stay and we were so pleased that we did as it was amazing. There are a number of buses that can be caught a few minutes from the hotel which go directly to the train station and then it’s a stroll to the tower. We were really pleased with our stay."
