The villa has four double bedrooms, all air-conditioned (heating/cooling via split units), plus a fifth bedroom without air conditioning, equipped with a fan (formerly a relaxation room/study). This room has independent external access and is furnished with a sofa bed. The property is completed by two modern bathrooms with showers.
