The rooms were extremely clean and housekeeping did an incredible job daily. The breakfast is good when compared to US Holiday Inn Express. The location is within walking distance to the Taiwan Rail Chiayi station not to be confused with high speed rail (not in proper city limits). It’s about a 20 min walk (~1 mile) to the Wenhua Road night market and pretty flat but in most smaller cities sidewalks are non-existent.

Amazing Hotel

We reached around 6, after coming down from Alishan. Check in a breeze and hotel room is big and clean. Good varieties for breakfast. For dinner, we walked to nearby Supermart, where there're some restaurants.

Location is good, people are friendly, decent breakfast, they have sandwiches takeaway boxes for guests who need to set off early. Room is in excellent condition, cleanliness at its finest. Comfortable bed!

Overall it is quite a nice hotel, especially the staff service and cleanliness. Breakfast variety is adequate. We have a quiet room at the end of the corridor that make our 4-night stay tranquil and enjoyable. The washroom has a special design of the door that can be shared with the shower corner.

Tried its beef soup first time in breakfast. It did surprise me. The chef blanched beef first then put meat in a bowl soup to mix up with soup. The blanched process had the beef and soup looks clean and tasted great.

Amazing!

This place was unexpectedly amazing. HI Express are usually good, but this was amazing. King bed room was so big! Huge ceilings, great lighting, had a sofa, chair, little stool that you can also take out onto the balcony - which is also amazing to chill on. They even have 100 channels of TV which actually works unlike most places. Nice and clean bathroom, good soap, iron, kettle and a good-sized mini fridge too. Oh, and the slippers are plush amd comfy. Breakfast had a good selection and clean. At the time of writing there was free ice cream from 9am-9pm on the first floor. Honestly can't say enough postive things about this place. Super nice staff too.

High quality service! Highly recommended.

It is customer oriented comfortable hotel. There is a laundry room which opened 24 h when I stayed. I arrived Chiayi around 10 pm, so I was so grad I could wash our clothes on the day. Room is nice and clean. Breakfirst was fabulous. They served several kinds of delicious foods including Taiwanese dishes. Besides, the hotel located only 5 minutes walk from Chiayi station. We highly recommended.

Nice Stay Close to Train Station

The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. Strange bathroom where the bathroom door doubled as the shower door. It was okay for us as a couple; however, if you were with a friend you would need to coordinate your privacy. Breakfast was good and we were very happy to have it available. Note that we stayed one night and accidentally left behind an electrical adapter. when we return 2 days later, the adapter was already attached to the luggage that the hotel stored for us. We thought that was very efficient and kind of the staff to do. Thank You!
