"The rooftop bar was really cool and the breakfast very good. We tried the restaurant and the food we had was to a high standard. The negatives were that the room was very cramped, both my wife and I banged our legs on the corner of the bed. The shower was very small, although good."

"We stayed at the Market Urban on our first few nights in Italy - it is walkable from the train station which was super helpful! The front desk clerk is amazing - wish I could remember his name. He helped us with restaurant choices and reservations as well as travel arranagments to our next destination. The breakfast provided is amazing - so many choices and makes the start of your day so easy!"

"Beautiful property up in the Arcetri hills with real quiet and a view over Florence you don't get in the center. Rooms were clean and the grounds are lovely. Staff were helpful and sorted our transport both arriving and leaving, which mattered on a morning with an early train. Worth knowing it's a hill above the city, not a walk with luggage, so plan on a taxi. If you want calm at the end of the day rather than stepping straight into the crowds, it's a good trade."
