"This is seriously the most kid friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. They had kid sized jammies and slippers plus tons of toys, books, and coloring books for the kids to borrow during their stay. My only complaint is that the breakfast only includes certain foods during the weekend. It was hard to find food for my kids during the week. "

"First time traveler to Japan and the staff were very helpful! The room was so comfy, and the breakfast was amazing. There’s also a train station and family mart within walking distance and it was so convenient. Would definitely stay there again."

"Absolutely loved the Annex hotels, they were definitely spacious. Mattress are a little firm but, the blankets and pillows are really soft. Bathroom were nice and clean. Staffing was so very polite and helpful. Would book with hotel again if I’m ever in Chiba. "

"We liked that this hotel was close to lots of dining, drinking, shopping and a central train station that had the Narita Express Line and local trains. Our room was more spacious than the "Henn Na Tokyo" hotel we previously stayed, but the bathroom was more cramped and their mirror was placed so that you had to crouch or sit on the toilet to see your face. Their air conditioner was better at turning on and off to keep your desired temperature. They actually had humans instead of robots for their front desk staff. One thing to note is that this place is close to a lot of girl bars and massage parlors. There were a couple of solicitors that hung out at the hotel's street corner every night. They didn't bother us, but conservative families considering this location might want to be aware of the neighborhood. Our room was on the 5th floor so we didn't hear a lot of noise. But other than that, the location is great for shopping and for being removed from the hustle & bustle of Tokyo without it taking too long to access it within a day. "

""A Perfect Place!", as one usually gets in Japan. Room a little small by USA standards, but "perect". Hotel right there at the exit from Soga train station (you can go anywhere in Japan from there. Good price, great place. Breakfast incredible!"
