We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

Right by the station and shopping center. Very convenient. But it's japanese business hotel so no fancy restaurant. Do not see

Rooms have lots of space, breakfast has variety and onsen is great after a long day of exploring the city

1 min. from the underground station and 1 stop to Haneda Airport terminal 3 . Very convenient for early flight , nice italian restaurant ang good food.

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,

Great location in Shinjuku and easy access to surrounding areas. Relatively close to Shinjuku station and not a far walk. Laundry is in the unit and the staff changes out towels and makes the beds every day. They also provide extra detergent pods if you run low. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

I really liked my stay here. The staff was great. My room was clean. Definitely worth paying the extra for the breakfast option… it was great, with lots of food options. The dining area was clean and well organized and the staff did a really good job at replenishing food before it ran out. I thought it was cool that they offer the free welcome cocktails and rice and tea daily. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I traveled with a family of four, and the quality and high tech feature of the room met all of our needs. There are sensored lights, toilet seats that open and closes automatically and self flush, separated doors between the room space, etc. I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel due to its quality and walking access to the train statoon, restaurants/bars, entertainment, shops/grocery store. This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze. My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...

Excellent location with so much to do within walking distance. Multiple subway line with a 1-2 minute walk. Hotel and staff were wonderful, so pleasant and helpful. Help with Luggage storage and shipping was a great bonus for our group.
