"The hotel hallway was dingy, with a large unsightly stain on the carpet. The staff did not always provide towels (needed to ask them a couple of times) nor water that was supposed to be replenished daily.
Although I requested a non-smoking room, the bathroom smelled like smoke and it was challenging to breath in there.

The staff were mostly friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is convenient and central to Chiba City that is convenient for walking, public transit or taxi service. The status of washing machines provided at the hotel were viewable on the room TV so it was very convenient to plan our day around doing laundry."
