"The place is in a convenient location. So l am quite happy that l can easily walk around the city. Staff is kind and helpful, thank you:) Overall it is a clean place. But, check-in time is quite late and check out is early, luggage store not that very convenient, also asking from customer taking out your beddings :("

"Close to a train station one stop from Yokohama. Plenty of cafes and shops, department store, currency exchange office. In the place itself you go over a sort of, I think it is a swimming centre floor, not sure, but after reception you have to take your shoes off and wear slippers they provide to walk over the floor. What I started out with was just a basic sleep capsule, an enclosed bed. There is a small TV on the wall and an electrical point. For my second day I was given a free upgrade...

"This hotel was conveniently located for all of our needs. The communication with hotel service members also exceeded expectations, so I am thankful. "The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...
