"El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado sobretodo para los que quieren aprovechar de la vida nocturna de Tokio, es muy limpio el hotel, el staff super atentos, excelente desayuno se los recomiendo,tienen un rooftop con una buena Vista de Tokio excelente para tomar unos traguitos con tu pareja. La verdad se los recomiendo 100%"

"The hotel location is very convenient to public transportation and access to the lively Shinjuku area. The rooms, like most in Japan, are very small, maybe 15x12. The bathroom does have a full tub/shower and the entire room was very clean."

"Great location with tunnel direct to Shinjuku station - 10 min walk underground and Metropolitan Government buildings right next door. Clean rooms, small but all you need. Great amenities including toiletries. 2 convenience stores below. Friendly staff. We requested 2 rooms next to eachother as we are a family and very happy this happened."

"Great breakfast.The front counter staff was very helpful. There was a young kid with medium a little longer hair and an middle aged gentleman that was tall with medium length hair , that was extremely helpful. The Barbershop on the 2nd floor of the complex is very good.I became friends with them and I visited the grocery store every day and there is a laundry Mat nearby.I had everything I needed , and then I went to Rojins for whiskey and Quattro public bar for company when visited two coffee shops daily. I will come and visit again.I stayed for 3 weeks for a reason. Keep up the good job. I changed rooms three times just to get different views from the building"

"I still like the place and it is still my go to. But the prices went up… and the rooms remained the same. I also didn’t get the same room as usual and I had no view of the tower. First time I get a room without the view and that changes everything."

Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku

"Excellent hotel and service. I had a 3 week stay. It was always a pleasure to comeback to the hotel after a long day. My room was cosy, modern and clean. Every couple of days, staff would replace bedsheets and supply fresh towels. It was well air conditioned, which was easy to use. Remote panels for it and light control, placed on the headboard of the bed. The bed mattress was kind of on the firmer side but I was comfortable and never struggled to sleep. Wi-fi connection speed was fast and never dropped connection. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. I used the laundry service and was very impressed with how my clothes were returned to me. Packaged, clean and ironed. Would recommend if you are in for a long stay and travelling light. The day I was to leave, my check out was 11:00, my flight 12hrs later. They securely stored my luggage (free of charge) all day. Staff will also arrange a taxi for you, which arrived within minutes. Ideally located. You are a couple minutes walk from the train station. The street the hotel is located on is busy with plenty surrounding the area (restaurants, cafe's, convivence stores). But it is still quieter than the hive of activity that is also only a couple minutes walk away. Home comforts? look for the "HUB" pubs. You'll understand when you arrive. Hotel - Smoking area on 2F. The only thing I would change; I would of liked the hotel bar to be open later than what it was. Overall, I loved it. Highly recommended."
