"Great hotel "

"We were very comfortable in the hotel itself but had a 20min walk from the train station in the rain. It would be nice if we had an option to call for the shuttle to pick us up. We then found out our flight had been cancelled the next day & fortunately your front desk assured us 1 more night accommodation was an available. They definitely were very helpful Shuttle service was definitely a plus & breakfast buffet was scrumptious "

"The staff are really nice and are very competent in conversational English so it’s friendly to English speaking tourists. The staff were patient and helpful and they let us borrow umbrellas. They also let us store our luggage in a secure area before leaving on the train and they were very accommodating to our situation where we had two other people who needed to pick up their luggage and train ticket from them; due to the fact that they held on to it for us. The bathroom is spacious and has a lot of counter space. "
