"Well sized and nicely appointed room. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. The bed was super comfortable. Obviously, very convenient for the airport. The onsen was wonderful and the gym was quite nice for a hotel gym."

"Decent place, felt a little awkward vibe wise at times and the area always felt a little unsafe at night. Room was alright, having to ask to change sheets for longer stays was annoying, realistically that should just be on a rota. Breakfast was included at a very low price according to the booking, but it isn’t actually included and the breakfast options are pricey add-ons."

"Wonderful and clean place to stay. Good location. We did not receive the email with the access code 24 hrs. before check in. This was very disturbing as are whole flight over we were in anxiety. I finally had to find the phone number and call to get the email sent."

"Location is very convenient. It’s about a 5-6 minute walk to JR Kawasaki Station. Plenty of places to eat and a 7-11 nearby. The staff is very helpful and patient."

"I think it would be better if more laundry machines are available. Also, if the machines accept only 100 yen coins, we need the coin exchange machines too in the laun room."

"We booked this hotel for it proximity to the cruise terminal. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From arrival the staff were so friendly and helpful. From helping with our cases, local information and just supreme efficiency they were amazing! The room was very large and had a huge bed. It was immaculately clean, with every amenity you might want inside. I slept so well, like I was on a cloud! I wish I had their bed at home. The buffet breakfast had everything! In the Japanese section the salmon was delicious, My following cruise has some high standards to follow!"
