Tokyu Stay Shibuya Shin-minamiguchi

"Loved my stay here, having a washer -dryer machine in my room helped a lot during my trip. The mini fridge is a double compartment and can ice cream. The staff were friendly and helpful and very informative any possible maintenance."

"This property was wonderful. The staff was very helpful, and the room we stayed in was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The location was top notch. So much available nearby (coffee, shopping, a great salad place), and the Scramble and entertainment area were within walking distance (10-minute walk or so). I would definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend this hotel!"
Tokyu Stay Shibuya Ebisu

"The staff was outstanding. Breakfast is special. There is ice cream provided with beer if you wish. Could have used some bottles of water. The location feels safe and is very walkable. Rooms are spacious with space for lounging and even preparing a meal."

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. Always welcoming and very clean. Love the location as I grew up in the area, One thing it really bothered me was when there was an earthquake at 2am, there was no announcement. The next day I asked the front desk what we were supposed to do and we were told that it was the best to stay in room as the hotel is built to tolerate the earthquake. That's what we did, however I could hear a lot of people came out to the hallway from the confusion and figure out what to do. This was one thing it bothered us and it seemed the staff did not care about the guests. Regardless, we love staying at this hotel so we will come back next year."
