"The bell hops were helpful when we arrived via taxi and when we needed a taxi as well, translating our destination from English to Japanese. The front desk was quick for check in. The room was spotless and cozy. The city view was spectacular with a balcony. Especially like that they are eco friendly, providing a water craft to refill. The fridge was exceptionally cold. Walkable to waterfront activities and train station."

One of the staff confirmed the ride and then stood by us waiting for the taxi with us to help with bags and make sure we were good. They went above and beyond"
