"It was great. I lost my key card twice i was given a new one both times. I would like to mention someone was at the desk each time i went whether it 9am or 2am. Staff is great. Quick easy check in and check out. Out of all the inconveniences i faced on my trip to Chicago, this hotel was NOT one of them. Wasn’t my first choice but will probably be on my list when i come back "

"Didn’t look like the rook was vacuumed before, as i found chips underneath the bed, when doing a final scope upon checking out- we never ate chips. "
