Overall this was a great hotel. The shuttles ran well from the hotel to the airport for CTA service lines. I would say that there was always an extended wait though trying to get the shuttle from the airport back to the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and a comfortable environment. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Very clean, neat and comfortable place to stay. Softy bed, spacious bathroom, definitely great place to stay. Didn’t have breakfast here. Transportation is convenient. There is a bus station just out side of the hotel and you can take a bus for five minutes to arrive at the subway station to go to anywhere you want. Chicago style pizza, Panda Express, Starbucks and Dunkin’ around this neighborhood. Staff are overall kind and negotiable. Great stay here.

The guy who checked us in was very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, too. Very close to Midway airport - a five minute drive, with a convenient shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day.
