✔️ The Laundry Room and Backyard are shared spaces. We kindly ask that all guests be respectful of others when using these areas.
✔️ Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with supplies available upon request, including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib and board games. Fees may apply upon the host's discretion.
✔️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. Please note, there is a fee for early check-in and late check-out.
✔️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.
✔️ For guests’ convenience, those with early arrivals or late departures can drop off their luggage with host approval before standard check-in time.

✔️Pets are welcome but must be registered and reported to the host prior to arrival. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per stay applies. Pets must be well-behaved, and owners are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning caused by pets.

✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.

✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
