Large Property Close to Trains

This property was exactly what we needed, having several adults in our party who needed separate rooms. The place was clean, quirky and open and it's proximity to both the green and red line was great. Communication with the management team was prompt and they did end up resolving any issues we had.The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of a few small things they need to address within the space. The pool table and main room seating are not in good shape. I'm assuming because it's a building, they share hot water heaters or something? We never had hot water in the morning and had to take cold showers unless we waited until later in the day. The area felt safe, but it was also kind of deserted and doesn't have the bustling city vibe.
