Quick weekend

The property was clean and what we needed for our trip. I would suggest adding some hand towels in the bathroom and dish towels or paper towels in the kitchen since it does provide an opportunity to cook. One bed was a little high for the vertically challenged!

You get what you pay for

Lacking heavily in the cleanliness area. Nothing to clean with, only a half of roll of toilet paper, no heat, other party in home is very close & not separated very well. Was very disappointed with imenities. just come really prepared when staying here.

Fairly nice but major issues.

Very very cold. I had to sleep with my winter coat on. Also the cleanliness wasn't great. We found 2 dirty socks on one of the beds so we had to change our sleeping arrangements around that so no one used that bed. The place itself is nice, if it was managed properly it would have been much much better.

Has potential

This was listed as a full basement apartment, it was not it had a tiny sink smaller than a bathroom sink I had to bend down and was dishes in under another counter. There was only a hot plate to cook on. If I had known this I would have planned differently. Also it left a lot to be desired in the cleaning department. We found trash under the couch and cabinet in the bathroom. In the shower a dirty used bar of soap. The floors where sticky and dirty and made our feet and socks black. No wash cloths anywhere or dish towels only a couple of smelly sponges. There where no extra cleaning products, no way to sweep or mop. No extra towels in case of spills. Also the smaller bedroom was just a box spring with two thin futon mattresses and was not very comfortable. In the living room there where tiles in the ceiling that had been wet and where moldy and need replaced.It was roomy and has potential to be a five star with some work.
