Amazing location and space to breathe
We needed a long term place to stay, and wanted a place to LIVE. We needed a home and this was the perfect answer. Located in a beautiful safe neighborhood, literally minutes from the lake, from Old Orchard mall, a community center, grocery stores, and everything else we needed. Only a 5 minute drive to a park and ride for the train. The house was large and light, with plenty of room for everyone and then some. Very quiet despite proximity to everything. The house seemed very new and maybe they are still doing final touches (like needing to add drawer and cabinet pulls and adjusting window coverings) but nothing that really impacted our stay. Well appointed and with time it will only get better. Owner/manager was very responsive. This is literally somewhere I would consider living if I was moving to Chicago. LOVED IT!

The Village of Wilmette is home to some of the most Exclusive Tourist Attraction the greater Chicagoland area has to offer including Botanical Garden ( 8 min away), Northwestern University , Bahai Temple ( 11 min away) Wilmette Sailling Beach & Golf Club (11 min away) Old Orchard Mall ( 5 min away) Maggiano's Little Italy , Cheesecake Factory , Uncle Julio, Nordstrom, Bloomies, North-Shore Art Center and more.
The House is a Brand New Victorian Mansion perfect for family vacation ,private events, small weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, executives vacations, family reunions...The house features huge beautiful yard for outdoor activities, tumble stone natural fire place, open floor layout, could hold tables for 30 people, open kitchen with optional personal butler/chef private master bedrooms with steam sauna en suite bath, perfect honey moon suite, huge windows, wrap around patios, loft like attic for games and fun.

Thanksgiving Stay
Our family spent four nights at this big new house. The bedroom accommodation's were great. The three main bedrooms each had their own bathrooms. The third level was an open space that our grandchildren enjoyed as a play space. The kitchen is great (I would campaign to get cabinet pulls for our next visit.) There is one TV for group viewing in the main living room, a sound bar would be great since the space is so large. The neighborhood location is great and so convenient to everything. The host was very quick to answer any question. We plan to return!

Great Stay with the family
We needed a place to stay while our house was under construction and this was the perfect spot. Plenty of room in the house to spread out for a big family, and was close to the beach and other fun activities. The manager of the house was very responsive and easy to deal with.

A lovely suburban stay...
Great Rental in the Northern suburbs of Chicago.
The house was spacious, clean and had everything one could hope for when traveling as a family.
Hosts were great; helpful and easy to communicate with if needed.
Looking forward to renting again when we go back to the area again.

We had a lovely experience. Dinner with family at home one night, all over Evanston and the surrounding area for 2 days, and Downtown for the last day. Very nice, will stay again in future.
