Besides the fact the location is only half a mile from downtown Evanston, 1 mile to Lake Michigan Beach front, half a mile to the CTA/Metra, and a 15 minute train ride into the Windy City, this apartment has it all. Everything in this apartment is brand new, and ready to be broken in. Ridiculous amount of amenities, with smart home devices. Efficient and spacious 985 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located in the heart of downtown Evanston Restaurants, cafes and shopping is no more than 0.5 miles. And if your in town to see your kiddo graduate from NU, you can ditch the car for a 10 minute walk. Both room are identical in size, but the master has a Queen, and the spare bedroom has a full size bed with sofa pull out. The living room sofa sectional is a 2 bed Euro sytle pull out. Also if you want to check out the melting pot of Chicago, take a train, and you'll be there in 15 minutes. High Speed Internet with Disney + and Netflix at your fingertips.

Evanston Gem!

Stayed here with my husband and mother while visiting family. The space was perfect! Plenty of room for the three of us, yet enough private space with the two bedrooms. The unit was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Would stay again.

Clean, safe apartment in fantastic location in Evanston

This apartment was just as advertised. It is clean, safe, and comfortable with all desired amenities. Check-in and out were easy and straightforward. The host is very responsive and welcoming. Amazing

This was so easy! The directions to parking and entering the building were spot on. It is a wonderful location with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. My only issue and this would be a matter of opinion. The master bed and the couch were terribly uncomfortable. My kids even complained about the couch. Overall we had a great time and place was excellent!

Comfort and luxury in the sky.

We enjoyed watching the sunsets from this well-appointed and conveniently located property. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Metro and el trains, visitors to the North Shore or Chicago can't go wrong. The property manager, Michelle, was accessible and friendly. She answered our questions prior to our arrival and checked in with us periodically to assure our stay was perfect. It was!!!

Endless amenities and wonderful host!

This property, in the heart of Evanston, was the perfect place to stay while moving our NU daughter into her new apartment. The property is full of amenities—pool, fitness area, office center—and only a short walk to many great shops and restaurants. Among the many other amenities, our unit even included a washer/dryer, which was extremely convenient since we had been traveling for a while before landing in Evanston. Mihyun promptly responded to all of our questions throughout the booking process and during our stay. She is an awesome host!

Great rental near Northwestern

We stayed here while moving our son into Northwestern. The apartment is in the perfect location, walking distance to downtown Evanston (Target, coffee shops, Whole Foods, restaurants, L station) and NU campus. We loved having a full kitchen, laundry, and big TV in the unit. One thing to note, there is no AT&T cell service in the unit so it’s helpful to write down the WiFi code before you arrive. We ended up using the internet to make phone calls instead, so it all worked out once we logged onto WiFi. Great place to stay while visiting Northwestern!

We would definitely come back. Everything was great. This property was stocked with supplies and amenities we didn’t even know we needed. And what a great deal! I don’t know about the kids’ beds, but the bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable.

Heart of Evanston

The owners are very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They were able to help us find parking for our second vehicle and had chocolate covered strawberries delivered to us when we were impacted by a neighbor's leak. During our stay the microwave door broke and they were very responsive to getting it fixed quickly. The only downside of this space is the living room windows face the alley so you can hear the beeping of the trash truck on trash day. You will also here the trash bins being rolled across the hallway above you the night before trash day. Overall though this is an excellent location in the heart of downtown Evanston, so it is easy to walk to anything you need.
