Check-in was awesome. Seth and Toni do a fantastic job. Property is worn out and tired. I do think that renovations are planned but the room was dingy and the carpet stained. Mattress on pull-out sofa was stained badly and gross. Masking tape did NOT work to hold the doors open during the day - the exterior is allegedly being painted so electronics had been removed. Plus breakfast was expensive and the property offered no free coffee.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and our room easily fit our family. The Mitsuwa market is within walking distance and public transportation to the city was accessible too. I would definitely stay here again.
