Guest Access:

The place is up on the third floor. There’s no elevator, so you’ll be getting in a little stair workout! You'll have the apartment to yourself but no unauthorized guests please.

Just steps away, you’ll find El Llano Restaurant, known for its authentic Colombian cuisine, and Color Me Mine, a fun, family-friendly pottery studio. Plus, the energy of Wrigley Field is just a short ride away, making this area ideal for both laid-back living and lively entertainment.



Getting Around:

You’re just a quick 2-minute walk from the Damen & Irving Park/Lincoln bus stop, and the Damen & Byron stop is only about 3 minutes away—great for hopping on a bus to nearby neighborhoods. If you’re heading downtown or anywhere along the Brown Line, the Irving Park CTA station is just a 6-minute walk from the building.

To help ensure a smooth and secure check-in, we may kindly ask for a photo of your ID prior to arrival. Your information will be handled with care and used solely for verification purposes.



Pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $100. Dogs and cats only please. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated or confined, must observe quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or extra cleaning required due to hair or odors.



Damage Waiver

For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.

After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred damage protection option.

If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages beyond the amount covered or held.
