Beautiful home but sketchy area
The rental was absolutely beautiful everything was brand new. The beds were comfortable. There were not very many extras in the rental so if you plan on cooking make sure you bring all your own spices and paper towels. It was an easy drive into and out of the city about 15 or 20 minutes depending on traffic. Parking was a challenge since our party of 10 came in 3 cars. There was never any street parking in front of the place we had to squeeze 2 cars in the back gate which I think was not the intention of the host and then park the 3rd a block down. There is an upstairs rental unit that shares the parking space and back patio. They were all very nice and respectful. But at night the soundproofing between the units was lacking so we could hear them walking all night. The rental is pretty close to a nightclub/bar so you can hear the deep bass from that place pretty clearly if you are staying in the upstairs bedroom so it was hard for me to fall asleep. And there were people that would congregate on the street at night and you could hear their conversations pretty clearly from the primary bedroom at the front of the unit. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. This place is really nice if only it was in a different area.
