The staff were kind, helpful, and thoughtful of our privacy. They provided complimentary water bottles and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and we were able to enjoy our time together uninterrupted
Things I’ve loved about my stay: the room was neat and clean, plenty of towels, a nice area to sit and a TV in both the bedroom and the sitting room. The breakfast was amazing and there was a happy hour with free drinks and hors d’oeuvres when we arrived. Things I didn’t love: I did not find the electric outlet in the bathroom till the second day because it was hidden behind the towel rack. And there was no trashcan.
The room is nice and clean. Funitures are out dated and the work table is wobbly.
Free breakfast is a plus and they have a pretty good selections.
The girl at the check out was rude. Made us wait for close to 10 mins while she was on a personal call on her cell phone.
I’ve stayed here multiple times for a bunch of good reasons. However, the staff has got to be the one that stands out the most.
Carrie Rodbard is one of the biggest reasons I like coming back because she is such a great bartender and a very pleasant person to speak to.
The chef that runs the kitchen works very hard to make sure everyone is happy and I really enjoy breakfast.
Cleaning staff does a great job and I certainly enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer available at a fair price.
Yes, I would definitely return to this hotel.
Having restaurants right by that you can walk to in five minutes if you want to leave the hotel for dinner is a nice bonus.
Breakfast was excellent with fresh omelettes. Staff however refused to change the room because we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia), which we’ve never experienced before.
