The room was clean upon arrival and the hotel was happy to accommodate an early arrival, which was nice. The WiFi went down on the second day and was out for several hours, which was frustrating, but they eventually resolved it. The breakfast was great for complimentary buffet, despite the bacon being crepe paper thin. They had plenty of parking around the building, at times was busier than others but ultimately always found a spot. Overall I had an excellent stay and would come back here next time I’m in Schaumburg.

Flexible parking options, Autumn (staff) was very helpful, she provided me with all the information about the hotel’s amenities. The rooms were very clean and one of my favorite things about this hotel is the fitness center. This hotel is also located near plenty of restaurants and shopping centers, some are within walking distance. Would def recommend staying here!

Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. They also give you a day pass to a nice gym down the road from the hotel to use. That was excellent!

Friendly staff, convenient location, and easy parking. Room was fairly clean though elevators could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. Complimentary breakfast about in line with what you get at other chain hotels offering similar rates — not good but serviceable.

Fitness center huge and had a a lot of great equipment. Breakfast exceeded expectations! It was really good. The hallway smelled a little bit, but all in all it was a great trip! One last unexpected perk was that a they partnered with the Lifetime gym, so we visited there a few times while we were there. The process was so simple. Would stay here again.

We decided to stay here because our flight canceled. We called ahead to make sure there was a room available. Not sure who answered the phone that morning of July 6th but they seemed they did not want to talk to us or was just moody. Other than that, the stay was short and great. Room was super clean and great amenities.
