Parking:

- Permitted street parking is available throughout the neighborhood but requires a city sticker, plus a designation for zone #5 added to the sticker. City sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles and adding a zone number costs $25/year. We will generate a rental lease for you to use in your application. - Daily parking stickers can be used in place of the annual permit. They are stocked in the supply closet and provided free of charge for up to two weeks
- The building offers reserved parking ($15/day or $200/month as of November 2024) in a secured 2-story structure with the bottom story covered and the top story uncovered. Upon request we can coordinate reserving a space and collect reimbursement from you. Monthly parking requires 30 days notice to cancel
Other things to note:
- The apartment has central air but the HVAC system is a two-pipe system which can only run heat or AC at any point in time. The system switches over to heat in the fall each year and switches to AC in the spring
Requirements:
1. Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID and selfie through our ID verification partner
2. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
3. Complete rental agreement
4. Complete background screening (there is no credit check involved)
Fees:
- Service fees of up to 20% will apply if you choose to book through 3rd party sites like Airbnb
- A flat rate cleaning fee applies to each reservation
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee. All requests are subject to availability

House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge per item for unreturned key/access device
