I requested a walking shower since I was traveling with my 82 year old mother. The room was big and the bathroom very roomy with railings around the bathroom, a large stool to sit in with a regular and a handheld shower. The breakfast serving area was too small for such a big hotel. Every morning there was congestion in that area, too many people trying to get breakfast and find a place to sit down and eat. The hotel was near a major highway was room were soundproof enough that we really didn’t notice any noise from outside.

I love staying at this hotel. Everything is usually great. The only thing that I would have to say is when I tried to do one load of laundry the washer smelled bad so I left to do my laundry elsewhere. Please clean the washers with washing machine tablets regularly to totally clean them as many different occupants use them daily.

We stayed in room 701. Everything was top-notch, and Carmen did an excellent job keeping things clean. The only issue was the “Twin Sofa,” which unfortunately wasn’t very comfortable. There were six of us, and the two queen beds were great, but the sofa was not. On top of that, there wasn’t bedding that fit the sofa, so we had to share pillows from the two queen beds so the family on the twin sofa could sleep somewhat comfortably. Other than that, the hotel is excellent — the breakfast was great, and there’s a free pool for guests. The room was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback was that Twin Sofa

Staff were kind and friendly. breakfast was good. and amenities were to the point. two things for my future travel would be limited with room service - i didn’t knew we had to request for room to be serviced for two days stay so room was not straighten not good for there standard. Next Location itself felt way north to downtown. traveling distance was 20- 30 miles and traffic was impressive, 5 miles took 32mins lol
