There was no one at the front to help us checking in or out, took a while for them to come up. There was no hot water, the covers were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the bed was broken, I could go on. I wasn’t expecting lavish but come on now….

I had deep reservations about this motel upon approaching it but my fears were unfounded. The motel had an unorthodox setup where the rooms were divided amongst several buildings. The furnishings were spartan and minimalistic but the room was perfectly adequate and safe and the well maintained lawn and surroundings put me at ease.

A bad place to stay

The microwave didn’t work my room was cancel when I get there I made reservation for two rooms And only got one how to sleep in a bed that was too little for two people no microwave no refrigerator and this is what I put in a reservation for

Terrifying

Terrifying!!! I booked because of the affordable price but driving up to this place was just scary. Sketchy people everywhere. If you’re a woman traveling alone, forget it. I lost my money on this one and it was whatever as my safety comes first and this place is NOT safe.

Floors were the dirtiest I ever see, Took a shower, dried my feet walked 6 steps to bed walked back onto towel in bathroom towel had footprints from my feet being dirty already. Dirt floor would have been cleaner. People outside talked and screamed till 3 AM pounding on doors looking for someone. Did not feel safe. No deadbolts on door. Could be kicked in in seconds. Felt unsafe all night.

Drove around this HORRIBLE neighborhood for 15 minutes and couldn’t even find the place. I was not made aware of the very clearly dangerous area that apparently surrounds this hotel (since I couldn’t even find it). Would not refund my money, then tried calling me 3 times at 1:45 AM, yes AM to see if I was still coming?! WHAT?!

A terrible hotel with lots of sanitary issues. Wait for a long time to get the shower water warm. The towels are small, dirty, and hard. I would use this kind of towel to mop floors. No room service. Never stay here again.

The desk clerk was RUDE! DO NOT STAY HERE even if you have to sleep in your car. This hotel chain is the hotel version of the phone call and email SCAMS you avoid. I was ripped off for $200 when they wouldn’t answer the phone to provide directions and put me in the system as a no show. Then I wasn’t allowed to checkin! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend… not even to a homeless person!
