The staff was amazing, they were extremely nice to me and helpful. Special mention of Jesus and Esperanza. They were both very helpful. It's jus isolated but has a very good sports bar near by that you can grab something to eat for a decent price. The rooms were very clean and desirable.

Clean room and friendly staff, outside area feels safe. I think these are the most important. Downside is no refrigerator in room. No microwave in room either but there is one in lobby downstairs.

A perfectly pleasant stay! It is an older hotel but it has surprisingly very little wear and tear. The staff was extremely nice and the hotel was so quiet! I didn't hear any noise in the halls or from other rooms during our stay.

For a simple stay, this place fits the bill. The staff was awesome. The area doesn’t have much but a Subway Sandwich shop that’s open til 11pm on Sundays, which was a plus for me, so plan on renting a car or grabbing a ride share for all of your activities.

The humidity is terrible. The doors are even hard to open because of it. It is so humid that you will wake up with your hair wet. The mattress is extremely soft, you sink into it, but at the same time you can feel the springs. The pillows are also way too soft. You will not sleep well between the humidity, the odor, the mattress, and the pillows. The only good things are that it is cheap and close to O’Hare Airport, around a 15-minute drive.
