Staff was great, and it’s very clean. You pretty much need a car though to get anywhere. Lake Forest downtown is a good 5 to 10 minute drive.

We stayed one night to go see John Mulaney in Chicago. Easy to get to from the highway. Very nice room with comfortable beds. Nice bar and breakfast was great the next morning. Would definitely stay again.

This is by far the best hotel that I have stayed at in 30 yrs. The room was spotless, staff the extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant is fantastic. Unfortunately, I will most likely never come back to Chicago.
