This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. Clean hotel; air was infused with essential oils fragrance. Check-in was looonnng. Rooms not ready and not on same floor. Lady at front desk a little too bossy yelling at us future guests as we try to check in. Other workers were nice. Valet was only 1 guy, but he also took care of storing our luggage. ...
