"We appreciated how clean the house was."

"They gave my room away and they just took my money and I haven’t gotten any kind of reimbursement. This service is terrible and I am very disappointed because now I’m just out of money and they were rude and I didn’t get any help from Expedia either they said they tried to call them so there’s been nothing no reprieve or nothing from my bad experience."

"Host was exceptional and very helpful with request and inquiries regarding our stay. It was a pleasure to be a guest and a wonderful place to wind down and relax if you are on a trip to Chicago. Would definitely book again!"

"Lack of amenities "

"The cleanliness of the house wasn’t necessarily up to par. The host was very kind and helped whenever possible. Check-in process should have been explained before the check-in time (4pm). We were outside of the house waiting on a response from the host in order to get into the home itself. Please explain to residents how to get into the home beforehand. Also, please provide the towels, extra sheets, blankets, trash bags, paper towel, etc. We had to buy our own. Other than that, it was a nice space with plenty of room for residents to sleep. Plenty of TV’s and great kitchen. The backyard was very nice as well! Overall, I’d give the stay a 3.5 out of 5. "
