"Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. But the stay was good for us as we made use of the local area and the house was nice it just wasn’t spotless for a deep clean. "We had an amazing 3 days/2 nights away at The Old Rectory which was perfectly facilitated by Sarah and her fantastic property. There was plenty of space to do whatever we wanted - swim in the pool, play table tennis in the games room, play boules and walk the dogs in the grounds, have nice dinners in the kitchen and dining room and play games in one of the three lounges. "Bad stay - the host did not send me check in details on the day of check in so I had to chase her up and she didn't even apologise for the hassle. One of the mattresses is so uncomfortable, you can Feel the springs. If you travel as 2 the host locks the bedroom doors for 1 room, is there any need? Overall, the place is okay but the hassle is not worth it "
