You need to hire a taxi for 15 minutes ride to be in the entrance and it’s not walkable. You have to order a taxi from the front desk coz you are in the middle of no where. "WONDERFUL"

"This hotel is very close to Chichen Itza. The food was very good at the restaurant."

"The check in was at 3pm but the door was locked when I arrived. Someone showed up at 4pm and never apologiged. The room was clean and quiet. "

"We loved this place. Our host was super entertaining and the breakfast he made us each morning was sensational. We loved the jungle garden setting (toucans in the trees!)"

"Personal atento, servicial y flexible. Recomendación totalmente el lugar"

"The customer service was excellent. The staff was very hospitable and the property was very charming."

. No lo recomiendo. Nunca contestaron las personas encargadas del hotel"

"Awsome place, but a bit out of the city centre and taxi communication was hard"
