The accommodation is located in a quiet private urbanization of apartments with beautiful gardens and a communal pool. The beach of La Barossa is about an 8 minutes walk away and the famous "Punto Mágico" of Sancti Petri Beach is also very close.



It is a strategic location since less than two minutes by car you reach the access road to the city center, whilst the "Primera Pista" (the entertainment precinct) of La Barrosa and the Poblado Marinero is also nearby. (15/06/2027 - 15/09/2027).

The location is strategic, as the exit to the city center is less than a two-minute drive away, and the first stretch of La Barrosa Beach and the Poblado Marinero are very close by.



You can enjoy the peace and quiet you’ve been longing for, but if you prefer, you can also experience the hustle and bustle of these other livelier areas of Chiclana.
