This is a solid stay for the Chico area. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I’ve stayed here before and appreciate that They accept pets for a reasonable fee. There’s a Denny’s very close by that you can walk to. This facility does not have an elevator so may be an issue for some if not on the first floor.
