It’s the side of downtown you want to be in when you’re over 30. The bikes came in so clutch too. Owner was really accommodating and kind. Would definitely book this place again. "

"The little house is in a perfect location. We hit the walking trail first thing in the morning, which was lovely. The house itself has everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and we had a peaceful night's sleep. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. "

"This property was quite a disappointment. They advertised 3 parking spaces, which is not the case. We were only given the driveway and garage, which happened to be manual and created quite the inconvenience. Also, they ask for you to take your shoes off while indoors. Quite confusing as the home itself is quite dirty and unkept. The carpets are stained throughout the house, not just high traffic areas. And the linoleum in the kitchen leaves your feet black. There are cobwebs and dust on every...

"Was a wonderful home for stay in Chico for family wedding. Stephanie was very responsive, very friendly. Home was equipped with everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay again!"
