"Beautiful spacious property we walked down to the pub and had food which was lovely. The property had everything you would need and beds comfortable. There was an information book that the owners had put together which told you about local walks but we never got the chance to do them. "

"Beautifully situated overlooking the South Downs, Broomy Cottage is a well-furnished and equipped cottage for a family get-together, with lots of space for the little ones to explore and different lounge spaces to escape them. "It was great to stay on a working farm and enjoy views of the fields. The house was lovely just as described and Tim was on hand to help if we needed anything. We would definitely go back."

"Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!"

"Stayed in this cottage for a monrh over the Christmas period. A cosy, clean, warm house in a beautiful location. Great hosts, good communication and nice touches (mince pies, wine and chocolates left for us). Would definitely recommend and stay again!"
