"Abgesehen davon, dass die Unterkunft nicht dieselbe war, die im Inserat mit Bildern beworben wird , war diese Unterkunft eine überaus schlechte Erfahrung. Dies lag nicht nur an der schlechten Zufahrt, und dem sehr rustikalen Zustand der Wohnung, sondern hauptsächlich an dem fürchterlichen Kloakengestank der vor allem im Bad und Schlafzimmer vorherrschte. "Charming house well equipped. The swimming pool is fantastic and the view from the several terraces is amazing. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the italian "dolce vita". The host (and her dogs and cats) is very welcoming. The surroundings are very beautiful but you have to be aware that what seems near may in fact represent a long trip given the small, often turning, roads in the area. But anyway, me made a lot of very nice visits (do not miss campo imperatore !). A wonderful souvenir !"

"The staff was outstanding, the room was clean and comfortable. It was a little on the small side, but only what is common for older European properties. There was a balcony, but the view was just the building across the street. The breakfast included was excellent. Conveniently located within walking distance of most things, especially transport. Got off our train from Rome, and we were at our hotel entrance in five minutes walking. Approximately a ten minute walk to the beach, with some wonderful cafes and gelato shops on the way. We will definitely stay here again."
