The hotel is a nice area that is within walking distance to mall. Staff was kind and friendly. This hotel offers a great view, but we couldn’t help to notice that our room wasn’t up to our standards for cleanliness. Overall we rate this a four out of five.

My booking supposedly included breakfast. Upon arriving at the property, the first thing they mentioned was that it was for an extra charge. That benefit comes from being a OneKey member. They gave me a room on the first floor, next to the very crowded -and loud - pool. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for a room change.

Waited 30 minutes for them to find my Expedía reservation !!! The sink was clogged!! Room was clean, they apologized for the waiting but please get a better system!!!!!
